Philip has over 24 years of recruitment experience working across large, small and niche agencies, delivering recruitment services and IT consultancy to the public and private sector including Government, NHS, IT, utilities and financial services. For the last 14 years he has provided specialist bid, proposal and tender writing services across all major frameworks including managed services, temporary and permanent recruitment and executive search. Business wins include multiple frameworks run by Crown Commercial Service, Workforce Alliance, HTE, Local Authorities, utilities, charities and private sector companies.
